We had our pre wedding photo session last Saturday and today’s post would be more like an Oscar winning speech from me. Hehe…
First, I thank God for the perfect weather. Hey folks! Weather forecast shows that it’s gonna be rainy last Saturday but it didn’t! It was all sunny and the grass was dry. We were worried sick if it’s gonna rain because we wanted our photos taken outdoor and I can’t afford to wet & dirty my Jiu & Keith Kee!
Next, I would like to thank my parents for the endless herbal teas & soups before & after the photo session. It helps alot! *Muacks*
A big thank you to our EXTREMELY crazy photographer Min Ho (That’s how he preferred to be called) & all his assistance for making the entire photo session a fun filled session.
Last but not least, a big thank you to Ms Ruriko (My make up artist) for covering my wrinkles (ahem!) with the inch thick ICI & the hair-do for the entire photo session.
It all started with a good night sleep before the pre wedding photo session and forcing ourselves to wake up at 4:45am in the morning for a light breakfast and getting everything ready for the day.
Make up and hairdo took 2hrs. Photo shoot starts at around 8-ish.
As soon as we reached Clear Water Santuary Resort, we were told that the resort has upgraded one of our rooms to Anna’s Suite - The honeymoon suite at CWS! Thanks again to our photographer for helping us to get the room upgraded!
I stayed in the same suite Jodie Foster stayed during her shooting of Anna & the King many years ago. *Smiles*
How was it? Hah! I shall let the photos do all the talking…
Part of the living room view
The living room facing a very calm lake (photo taken in the evening)
The walk-in closet
The walk-in closet has a view of a tiny private “pool”.
There are two entrance/door to the bedroom. Yes, the bed is facing the lake too…
The suite’s bathroom comes with two taps. So I should be using one to brush my teeth at night and another the next morning? :p
YES! Anna’s suite comes with a jacuzzi! Weeeeeeeeeeee!!!
The balcony
The balcony view after sunset. *Romantic gila*
This is a photo taken while I was STILL laying on my bed early the next morning. It was nice to wake up facing the calm & peaceful lake.. I wish I could stay for another night :p
So, some may asked if the photo session was too tiring.. My answer would be a big NO. The entire session was very well planned, it was almost like a weekend getaway with X-T with the luxury of having a great photographer tagging along and his assistant to help us with our belongings! A royal vacation indeed :p
It was almost like a honeymoon for us except for the fact that we aren’t married yet and X-T was “assigned” to a room 1/2 the size smaller than moi.. ahem…
