It was a boring Friday at the office. I was chewing on a bag of unripe mango at my cubicle …..

Suddenly..

Mr Postman from the door calls out my name and passed me a parcel.

It was a surprised parcel from Judy. My college mate and my blogging buddy.  

The curious cat couldn’t wait until she reaches home to open up the gift together with the hubby.

So, like a ‘lil girl, she ripped the package, reads the card content and even open up the gift herself! keke :p

Thanks Judelittle & her family for the sweet gift and the lovely card. No, we’re not gonna use the oh-so-kawaii gift you send us. It’s sitting in our glass display cabinet at home now ;) *hugs*

65 days left and it’s time for us to prepare the wedding favors for our dear wedding guest. X-T’s task is to do the FILLING UP and my duty is to do the labelling..

Firstly, X-T would have to transfer liquid gold through a funnel into a squeeze bottle. It took quite a long time to fill up the squeeze bottle because the liquid is rather thick. Too much in the funnel and you’ll end up overflowing the tiny squeeze bottle and it’s gonna be VERY messy…

Fiance’s patience was tested:

Next, he was told to squeeze those liquid into very tiny glass bottles.  *Err..it looks abit yukkie at this stage because these filled bottles looked like urine specimen hor??*

Fiance’s accuracy was tested:

In less than 20 minutes, 20+ bottles were filled at the exact height, without spillage, without wastage. Guess X-T is the right person to perform the “aim & fill” task. -.o

Fiance’s tidiness was tested:

So he PASSED the test with flying colours! :p What would I do without him since I don’t have patience to perform all these task lah!

Yesterday, he was given tubs of liquid gold by his fiancee… muhahahaa…

Fiance’s ability to sustain his

patience, accuracy & tidiness was put to test.

Result:  

AND a few stack of glass bottles to be filled within a couple of days..

My parents came to visit us with grandpa (dad’s dad) over the weekends and we had a jolly fun time. On Sunday afternoon, we proceed to KLIA to pick up my future PIL.

The moment we arrived at “Arrival gate 7″, the two bubbly Future PIL was already waving & smiling at us as our car approaches. A very happy sight indeed and I don’t know why I missed them so much ever since they left for their holidays. They were in Australia for two weeks to attend my future youngest SIL’s convo. The minute they hopped into the car,  they started telling us where they’ve been for the past 2 weeks, the sister’s convo, the oh-so-cheap currency exchange rate and the Aussie food :). Aww…man, again I told myself “I miss both your voices & I miss Australia lor”… There were so much laughter in the car yesterday!

A peek at the goodies PIL bought for us…wee!!!!!! Original Australian Dark Chocolate Timtam? Oh-how-I miss thee! and.. and.. and hor…there’s also packets of Kettle chips and so many more? Guess they’re all Melamine-free..hehe *faint gracefully & happily*

Nowadays, everybody’s into blogging. Even my little cousins started blogging lately… So, cute little Shanice asked me the ultimate questions I wish nobody asked and I would never have to answer openly in my dear blog. Why? Because if I tell hor, people will treat this as a hint. If I don’t, I already promised my little cousin already wor…how? *Pointing finger at Shanice…”She ask me to answer one”* :p

Oh ya, she even ask me 5 questions on my impression of her…

WISH#1: Money. With this in my pocket, I don’t really need to list item #2-5 already..true?

WISH#2: THIS DRESS. Why am I not buying? RM499 wokey?! *sobs..sobs. I left Marks & Spencer feeling like I’ve achieved something great and extraordinary in life by not indulging into an  inpulsive buying spree that day! *Hah!*  

WISH#3: A proper French cuisine. Neh….those kind of dinner where you’ll be served a 9 to 12 course dinner with sparkling pink champaign & at the end of the day, you’re still feeling hungry type of dinner leh.  I tried once, I guess the bill came up to nearly RM600/pax. Nobody pays.. it’s an annual dinner..the company paid *winks*. Click HERE. *Please ignore that prosperious me in that post..ahem..ahem.. that face was HISTORY *

WISH#4: A complete kitchen. I know I’m playing cheat here. A complete kitchen consist of a good oven, a good cake mixer and 101 other things. :p

WISH#5: “Item” number 5 must never be written on my blog (yet). It has been my dream to have one but I need my partner, Mr XT to agree with me before proceeding with the plan. Maybe it’s not the right time yet or maybe we still need time to discuss over it……..NO, NO before you jump to conclusion!… it’s NOT what you’re thinking right now! I did mentioned the word “ITEM”…..*eyes rolled*
